Wrong: After cooling down, I've realized, knowing what I've always
known, to allow a reader to get overwhelmed by his own imaginations,
fantasies, emotions and fear rather than presenting the obvious. In
other words to be seductive rather than forceful. For that purpose a
watered down version is a OK. So I'm essentially distributing your
watered down version.

The meeting is on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, so what would be a right
time for mailing?

I'm more and less excluding landlords because tenants will not give
them mail in timely manner. Therefore, I'm targeting only living in owners.

I don't want to give board to much time to respond, yet I want to give
people enough time to mail proxy in, and not allowing them to
procrastinate so they are forced to act "now!"

I was thinking to drop it in the mail on Monday 10th, usually we get
mail next day so they would get it on 11th or 12th, giving about four
(4) days to return Proxy by mail, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
may be Monday.

What do you think?..............
