Why is my HOA fees different than some of my neighbors in same subdivision? icanluv2 09-06-2005
1) If your dues are less than the other guys why start asking questions you
might end up paying more?

2) Yes this is common -- in my complex dues are based on the size of your
condo (i.e. a one bedroom with no garage pays less than one with a garage, 2
bedroom units pay more than 1 bedroom, etc).
