Why is my HOA fees different than some of my neighbors in same subdivision? icanluv2 09-06-2005
Why ask? I thought dues are the same for the same subdivision no matter
what. Also, i might be paying more than my other neighbors. I have been
asking my friends and co-workers, they've said that it should be the
same amount no matter what size as long as the house is in the same
subdivision. When you buy in the subdivision, it states what the amount
of HOA dues are for everyone with no fine print about it being based on
size of lot, house, etc.
