Why no posts about the "elephant" in the room? Mr P 07-11-2006

People burnt by the market in 2001 are not going back for a long time.
Bloomberg.com could not do anything about it.

The real estate market is overvalued. The real estate prices will have
to wait for incomes to catch up. It could take 5-20 years in a lot of
overheated markets for that to happen. I don't know what the future
portends. That wait could be a crash or a mild decline or a long period
of stagnant prices.

BTW stock market is still overvalued.
