I say if a community doesn't have an Association of members, how can it
function? Who pays common bills etc. WHo will look after the
maintanence? And keep the value of the property in tact? If people put
money into owning a piece of something, then they should take pride and
interest in what goes on in that property.
Congrats on putting the grand effort into getting a good Managment Co.
