Wrong!
The argument is over whether or not the HOA should be allowed [not] to
recognize person's constitutional rights, and whether or not it should
rule over personal aspects of ones life, feelings and taste.
If I want red curtains the HOA should not tell me that I must have white
one only..... etc. etc. etc.
In other words the HOA should not be allowed to remove humanity out of
living but rather members should adopt to ones lifestyle providing that
it is within the safety to person and property.
The HOA's are trying to legislate morality by self serving rules which
creates fascistic environment and cult like atmosphere forcing the
members to clam up and exhibit apathy.
These who want to make changes against the HOA Bolshevistic clique are
forced to sue or become anger driven assholes like I to accomplish their
objective.
The HOAs have too much power!
For example in the Woodside Village HOA I'm forced to obey Iranian born
Manager and one Board member whose cultural believes are based on rules
from year 600 and are incompatible with modern European believes in
which I've been educated.
Their ruthlessness is inhibiting American born HOA cowards moron
mongoloids to do anything about it so I'm standing alone against
medieval idiots who are making my life a living hell.
The American socialistic police and judges will not do anything about
such cultural clash because they believe that HOA is melting pot and
that it would be politically incorrect to intervene.
