Self serving rules ? Doesn't your community have the right to vote OUT
the rules and the board members they do not like ?

Why are you forced to get a lawyer ? could you not get together all
the outraged residents to hold a special election to "Vote the bums
out" ?? Sounds like it would be a lot cheaper to me.

you in chains on the property ? Did they misrepresent to you that they
were a HOA when you moved in ? Didn't provide you with the rules
before you moved in ? Don't allow you to attend the elections, with
your fellow outraged residents to cast your vote against them ?

I do not fall for this thing about judges, "Activist Judges" is a code
word for a judges that rules against your view.

If none of these suggestions help you, it must mean that your HOA is
working the way it is suppose to. That one crackpot isn't allowed to
bring down the HOA , just like the good ole USA, you do not like the
government you vote them out, or you move to another country that
treats you better and gives you more LIBERTY, when you find that
country come back and let us know !!
