I am curious as to how that works. From the buyers view (say
realtor.com), I have never seen an MLS listing where you could contact
the seller directly. Does the "sponsor" agent get the contact info? If
buyers cannot contact you directly, then the value is substantially
diminished. Heck, the sponsor agent should pay the fee for you.
