TC 802 - Type Certificate 802 is listed as the Flottrop Manufacturing
Company, all wood propellers. PC 406 is a production certificate.
72 A 43 refers to the 72" blade length (that type certificate has 69,
72 and 74" blades), the 43 is most likely the blade pitch. It's
in the correct range.

The top number is most likely the serial number, again it's in the
right range for their props. My guess is that it's from the late
40's. The A cofuses me though it's not on the list of proper models.
