The real estate bubble may be bursting. This will provide opportunities
for the real estate investor who is willing to invest their time into
investigation and research.

I don't sell tapes that tell you how to make money in real estate with
no money down. I don't sell risky investment schemes. I'll provide
you with information based on my experience in real estate.

Banks don't like holding foreclosed real estate. They like cash.
Law enforcement does not like holding forfeited real estate. They like
cash.
Governments don't like unpaid property taxes. They like cash.

I'll instruct you where to look for these opportunities. I'll
instruct you how to research these opportunities to reduce your
investment risk. I'll instruct you on what steps you will need to
take to purchase these opportunities and to recover your investment.

All investments have risk. Purchasing distressed real estate is no
exception.
