I hate Realtor.com. It could be a useful web site, but it doesn't
strictly honor search criteria.
It even states that search criteria will only be used for sorting, and
won't eliminate properties. Or maybe it does only on price as a search
criterion.
e.g. if I say I only want to see homes with 1+ acre of land and 2 or
more stories, I have noticed that the search results will still come up
with houses on postage stamp lots - completely wasting my time. Why is
that? As some sort of a concession to realtors themselves?
Are there any good real estate search web site alternatives to
Realtor.com?
