To make the Charter remote control (MKT476A-A00) work with the
Panasonic SA-HE70 receiver:
Turn on the receiver.
Press Audio.
Press Setup and hold until the LED blinks twice.
Enter 0308
Press Power. The receiver should shut off.
Note that other codes may shut off the receiver but the volume control
won't work.
