Anyone have any idea what area of the PA code (or any reference material,
for that matter) covers the return of deposit moneys when the buyer backs
out of a sale?
Had a buyer back out, I held part of the deposit due to her wanted special
items, no she is suing me for it. I want to sue her for the whole deposit.
