Hi there,
I've been thinking about a change of career / investment
opportunities and am playing with a few ideas.
One thing that appeals to me is owning and running a ski chalet (or
more), but cannot find any information about buying costs, running
costs, expected incomes, etc.
Does anyone have any information on this at all? I'm intersted in
whether is can provide a decent salary for me and a long term
investment. I'm currently involved in buy-to-lets in this country
(just started) and am looking for something else to play with.
I'm also a very keen snowboarder, so this would be great. It would
also be good to know if it could work all year round, providing summer
events, or if it would be purely winter based.
