I am looking for a house to buy and I would like to move soon. My current house
is a fixer-upper and I am thinking about selling to one of those companies
that advertise that they will buy any house in any condition. Selling fast
and getting some cash is appealing. Do any of you have experience with
these companies and what are the advantages and pitfalls?
