I've always been fascinated with skyrscrapes, from the little to the
big. I wonder is there any rule of thumb behind the economics of
building one? What are the main costs? Is there some optimal height
based on given land costs to get the cheapest price per square foot?
How is building one in manhattan differ from one in a small city of
less than 150k people?
