The house I am renting was built in 1940 and has an apparent vent that is
framed in and cut into the ceiling. It is slanted and appears to be a
passive vent into the attic. There's a smaller one in the bathroom. Anyone
have any experience with a venting system like that? I would like to coer the
one over the tub as it's sort of creepy not knowing if critters could come in
from the attic. Any ideas? I've a picture available but no idea how to
get it on here.
