Hi Group,
My plasma display screen has had an unusual image problem, and I have
been getting the run-around from Tech support. If you look at the
attached .xls file (their latest answer to me) I would appreciate if
anyone can tell me if they have the same sort of screen image. They
assure me this is a "fundamental generation phenomenon" with plasmas,
but I have never seen it before, or since, getting mine.
I'd not have bought a plasma if this were a "fundamental" screen
image.
If the text in the xls file seems unusual, their reply is in Chinglish
- I live in Hong Kong, so please excuse <g>.
