I'm trying to start a homeowner's association in Prince George's
County, Maryland and have no idea where to start. My neighborhood has
never had an association and we did not receive covenants when we
purchased.
Do you have to start all homeowner's associations as Non-Profit
orgainizations? And can you tell me where I can get sample By-Laws,
etc? What's the difference between a homeowner's association and a
neighborhood association?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
