Surviving as a new agent with no commission??? How do you do it?
At the moment I'm not working, but I'm studying for my real estate
license. I plan to start working in about 2-3 months. How do you start
out and survive with no income while you await your first commission?
(I recently relocated from out of state and am on unemployment from my
last job, but that will be ending about the time I plan to start
working in RE)
Do agencies pay you a salary when you first start out or what?
Any suggestions or ideas would be great! Thanks!
