Under California's Internal Dispute Resolution law the Woodside Village
HOA assigned a board member Richard "Dick" Howe to confer with me
regarding the unlawful assessments increase.
See copy of 1 of many similar emails below.
Because the HOA must jump certain hoops and loop to be able to increase
assessments, I'm asking Dick to provide such documents for an
inspection knowing that the association did not complied with the law.
In the email below, I'm asking Dick to provide all documents required
under section 1366 and 1365.
Each time he replies: "Specifically, what documents do you wish to see?"
Even though that he is fully aware that the purpose of the inspection is
to identify all documents which they distributed of which I've no
knowledge and believe that they were not distributed.
In addition, all required documents are clearly listed in the section.

Only Bolshevik system can allow such hopeless situation where regardless
of CC&Rs or Statutory requirements the association can role over you,
increase assessments and if you object to non-judicially foreclose and
take your home.
There is no such evil system any where in the world accept in the USA.
So think about it you HOA American born moron mongoloids.
Send email directly to Dick Howe and ask him why is he sabotaging due
process.
