Why is my HOA fees different than some of my neighbors in same subdivision? icanluv2 09-06-2005
Hello,
I was curious if anyone experienced the same thing i did. I've lived
in my subdivision for about 2 yrs now. A resident in my same
subdivision was complaining to me about how the HOA dues increased from
last year as we were working out at a fitness center in our
subdivision. He felt the services have not improved, so why the
increase. Anyways, he proceeds to tell me that his HOA dues were $1100
which shocked me, because mine was only $945. We live in the same
subdivision, though not right next to each. Is this normal, or should i
start asking the HOA about this? Thanks.
