In our condo's declarations, they can be amended. Some amendments
require the consent of the first mortage holders. Minor amendments only
require that the first mortgage holder be notified by mail 30 days
before the new amendment is recorded. My question, do these mortgage
holders really keep an eye on this or do they just throw these mailings
in the trash?
