A friend & I own a house together, he has decided instead of selling he
wants to buyout my equity, we are 50/50 owners. He is trying to say I
should pay half a realtor fee as if we were selling outright b/c I
would have had to pay it if we sold. This isn't an actual cost of
buying out a partner. Does this sound reasonable, fees he may or may
not incure later?
