Hello --
One of our owners is in arrears on payment of monthly association dues, and
it looks like the unit will be sold before he can bring his account current.
I assume a lien should be filed to protect the Association's interest.
Is the form to use named
"Notice of Assessment / Homeowner's Association" ?
Please correct me if I've it wrong.
Is there a website which has a copy of this form?
